Sunday Mornings
DISCOVERY – ELEMENTARY
On Sundays, come and be part of a fun, exciting, relevant service geared at elementary school children. Learn Bible stories and apply the lessons, memorize and understand scripture verses, worship and hang out with your friends and leaders in small group settings.
When: Sundays from 11:00am – 12:00pm
Ages: Kindergarten to Grade 6

DISCOVERY – PRESCHOOL
Our Preschool classes are led by energetic, loving parents and helpers. Each class is filled with songs, Bible stories, crafts, snacks, and loads of fun!
When: 11:00am to 12:00pm

DISCOVERY – NURSERY
We want to make Sunday morning services as enjoyable and distraction free as possible. For that reason we have an excellent staff of nursery volunteers who are eager to care for, love, and protect your babies and toddlers. We offer a warm, safe, child friendly environment where parents/guardians are comfortable leaving their little ones. We also offer a Mother’s Room, and change tables in both male and female washrooms for your convenience.
When: 10:15am to 12:15pm
Ages: 0 months to 30 months

WEE COLLEGE
Wee College is a wonderful discipleship program for children between the ages of 4 to 6. Children memorize scripture through color association and repetition. Their Bibles are color coded, the toys they play with as well as flip charts for their memory verses are color coded as well. We also use puppets, flannel-graphs, and songs to learn the scriptures.
Registration: Wed Sept 7th, 2011 at 7:00 pm at the Park Church. We do not take pre-registrations as we prefer to have the parents attend so they will know what is required of them.
Cost: $65 for the year.
First Year (Age 4): Wednesdays from 9:30am to 11:00am (beginning Oct 5, 2011)
First Year Eligibility: must be 4 years old by December 31, 2011
Second Year (Age 5): Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:00pm (beginning Oct 4, 2011)
Second Year Eligibility: must be 5 years old by December 31, 2011
Third Year (Age 6): Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:00pm (beginning Sept 20, 2011)
Third Year Eligibility: must be 6 years old by December 31, 2011
*Attending the first year program is not a pre-requisite, but it is helpful to the child.
*The Program runs for 20 weeks and ends in March

GIRLS OF GRACE
A week night spent hanging out with other girls your age, discussing things that are relevant to you and your life, with a focus on what the Word says is the Truth, and how to apply that in your life now.
When: Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm
Where: The Green Room
Ages: 9 to 13
GUYS GROUP
A week night spent hanging out with other guys your age, discussing things that are relevant to you and your life, with a focus on what the Word says is the Truth, and how to apply that in your life today, with games that guys enjoy playing interspersed as well.
When: Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Where: The Chapel
Ages: 9 to 13
Playradise
Playradise is an outreach ministry in the form of a free indoor playground which runs October to December and January to April. Our doors are open to everyone in the community of Sherwood Park. We welcome young children (newborn to five years old) accompanied by mothers, fathers, grandparents, and caregivers.
